Which activities and information are logged for the user accesses of a document?

The following activities on the document are logged:

• Previewing a document from the Documents application
• Previewing a version of the document from the Documents application
• Downloading the document from the Documents application
• Downloading a version of the document from the Documents application
• Sending the document by email from the Documents application
• Activating the confidentiality of the document
• Deactivating the confidentiality of the document
• Adding a client user access to a confidential document
• Deleting a customer user access to a confidential document

For each of the above activities, the following information is displayed:

• The date of the activity
• The author of the activity
• The type of document impacted by the activity
• The name of the activity
• The user impacted by the activity

How to access to user access history of a document?

To find out the user access history of a document : 

• Select the company
• Click on the document

• Click  on "Access history" icon 

It is also possible to:

• Filter on the author of the activity
• Filter on the user impacted by the activity
• Sort
• Move the columns
